Welding

We offer Mig and Tig welding of mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel. This service is available as part of the general fabrication service or as a standalone service for free issue material.

We operate 3 dedicated welding bays, all equipped with MIG facilities and two with TIG facilities, which allows us a significant production capacity.

All of our welders are highly skilled with years of experience, which means we can guarantee high quality results quickly with repeatability.

Welds can be taken from drawings as required with options for:

Seam Welding
Fillet Welding
Groove Welding
Backing Welds
Melt Through Welds
Surfacing Welds
Flange Welds

We can also undertake spot welding of sheet up to 4mm with our 75KVA spot weld system.

Plasma cutting can also be undertaken on materials up to 10mm thick.

All work can be supported with custom jig manufacture as required.
