We are a team of highly skilled and experienced sheet metal workers and fabricators who produce high quality work. Most of our work demands tight tolerances and although we love customers who give us long deadlines, we are well used to turning difficult jobs out at very short notice. We are friendly, conscientious, reliable and believe that we offer an excellent service that is competitively priced. The majority of our business comes from referrals and recommendations.

We offer a complete design - production - completion service and can organise high quality finishing plus packaging and delivery. The services we offer in-house are:

Active Engineering (GB) Ltd is based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire and has been trading since 2003. Whilst our senior managers and metal workers are all industry veterans, Active Engineering as a company is young and as such eager to please. As a young dynamic company we are happy to modify our existing capacity to suit client requirements. Recent developments include tube bending and plasma cutting, all of which were developed to meet the requirements of specific customers.

We embrace technology at the core of our service and operate full CAD and CAM systems with onsite programming. Not only that but we are all accustomed to communicating electronically in a variety of formats encompassing quotes, drawings, invoicing and payments. We feel that this allows us to offer a truly efficient and flexible service helping to keep down overheads and costs.

Quotations can be turned around quickly and we can offer advice on pricing detail to help control costs. We can quote from electronic files as well as paper drawings, existing items and concepts.

Any manner of materials can be worked from mild steel and aluminium through to stainless steel, brass, copper and engineering plastics. As long as it can be formed we can work with it. Our in depth materials expertise means that whether your work is decorative or functional we can truly provide technical and creative input at both the costing and design phases.
